For the past 24 years the people of ECI Construction Inc. have dedicated themselves to  Federal construction with the best possible General Contracting services at its many installations throughout the contiguous United States.  Whether it is a new Aircraft Hangar to house and service the latest in our air power arsenal or providing the facilities to enhance the lives of our military personnel and dependents with Enlisted or Officer’s Quarters, Physical Fitness Centers and Child Care Centers.  ECI has accomplished it’s work proudly, with over 96 successfully completed projects to date at installations such as McConnell AFB, KS, Ft. Bragg, NC, Marine Corp Air Station, Beaufort, SC, Sheppard AFB, TX, Luke Air Force Base, AZ and many others.  By specializing in Federal construction services, ECI has developed the expertise both in Design/Build and plan- build projects to coordinate our activities with the contracted agency and the end user to assure the ultimate successful marriage of the contract requirements and the mission of the end user.  We are proud to be a Small Business success story. 

 We have the capability to perform single projects at a value of over $22 million dollars.  We are especially proud that we have dedicated ourselves and successfully performed a vital service to the Defense of our Country.  Over our last 24 years, we have developed the expertise to provide Hangars, Shops, Barracks, Engine Test Cell Facilities, Flight Simulators, Fire Stations, Warehouses, Control Towers, Child Care Centers, Fitness Centers, Youth Centers, Marksmanship Facilities, Auto Skill Centers, Medical and Dental Clinics, Standard Missile Facilities, Mess Halls, and many other important and necessary projects.  In the course of those projects, we have developed strong and quality based relationships with subcontractors and suppliers throughout the country so that we may timely respond to any requirements.  We at ECI are very proud of what we have accomplished.  Most satisfying is not just what we have accomplished, but that we have accomplished it with the highest level of integrity.
