EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
ECI Construction, Inc. offers a selection of benefits from which permanent eligible employees may choose to best meet their needs.
Medical Insurance: ECI offers a medical insurance program which includes prescription drug benefits for employees with ECI paying the majority of the employee premium costs. Spouse, child and family coverage is also available.
Dental Insurance: A competitive dental plan is available.
Life Insurance: ECI Construction, Inc. provides a $15,000 life insurance policy for eligible employees. Additional insurance is available at competitive rates.
Vacation and Sick Leave: Employees are encouraged to take advantage of ECI’s paid leave policies.
Flexible Spending Plan:
a) ECI employs the Flexible Spending Plan for Health Care to offset Medical and Dental Insurance premium costs. Employees are encouraged to payroll deposit pre-tax dollars to offset insurance deductible costs, pharmacy costs and other anticipated medical costs.
b) Dependent Child Care costs can be paid with payroll deposited pre-tax dollars up to the maximum allowed by the IRS.
401(k) Retirement Plan: ECI Construction, Inc. encourages employees to save for retirement by contributing to the 401(k) plan. ECI matches a percentage of employee contributions.
