ECI Construction Inc. will construct a 6,338 SF Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS), and a 1,071 SF Unheated Storage Facility at Hays, KS. The project will be permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, structural steel frames, masonry walls, standing seam metal roofing, mechanical systems and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include site preparation, pavement (POV & MEP), utilities and fencing.
