Youth Center Sheppard

Construction of the 22,800 SF Youth Center at Sheppard AFB included a new gymnasium, administrative areas, recreation room, and classrooms.

Construction includes site demo, earthwork, site utilities, drilled piers, ribbed mat concrete foundations, reinforced slab-on-grade, structural steel, reinforced masonry bearing walls, brick veneer, EIFS & SSMRS. Architectural finishes including aluminum storefronts & windows, extensive ceramic tile work, athletic flooring, wood gymnasium floors, operable partitions, carpeting, lockers, millwork, kitchen equipment installation, P.A. system, fire alarms & security system preparations. New asphalt pavements, sidewalks, landscaping and underground irrigation system was also provided.
