Proto-type Barracks Complex consisting of a new Community Building with full basement and a new 3 story Barracks with 48 single person dorm rooms including a shared bathroom and a condensed kitchen area.

Construction included site demolition, earthwork fill/grading, new underground utilities, drilled pier foundations, concrete grade beams & foundation walls, fabricated steel structure, metal stud framing, bar joist floor & roof structure, SSMRS, brick veneer, EIFS, aluminum windows, HM doors/frames, GWB wall/ceiling finishes, painting, VWC, wood & solid surface millwork, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, fire alarm and electrical systems, exterior concrete, asphalt paving & landscape.
