Renovate DAHL Physical Fitness Center

The work consists of the complete renovation of the existing DAHL physical Fitness Center and out building. The work includes extensive interior demolition, removal of existing finishes, new concrete footings, new masonry construction, new structural steel mezzanine, extensive millwork and solid surface tops, complete removal/replacement of single-ply roofing, new doors, windows, paint, ceramic tile, ceiling systems, toilet accessories, saunas, specialties, wood floor re-finishing, new HVAC systems, new plumbing, new electrical and revised fire alarm system.
