KC-135 FLIGHT SIMULATOR

One-story building housing two KC-135 refueling plane simulators including an overhead crane in the simulator bay, classrooms, offices, and computer lab.

The construction was a steel frame structure, metal stud and brick veneer. Work also consists of HVAC, plumbing, communications (telephone & LAN) and interior and exterior electrical. Roofs are a composite metal system (standing seam top layer, insulation and a metal liner as one unit) and EPDM with insulation. The floor structure is a slab-on-grade concrete. Utilities include water, sewage and natural gas. Boring and jacking utilities under roadways are included.
