Renovate Physical Fitness Centers

 Ft. Bragg, NC

 

The work consisted of the complete renovation of two fitness centers, (Tucker and Frederick). Work included the provision of all new plumbing fixtures, relocation of plumbing lines and partitions new air conditioning systems, upgraded electrical system to accommodate new AC equipment and new lighting. Architectural improvements included all new ceiling, wall & flooring finishes. Existing swimming pool was resurfaced with new ceramic tile deck installed. Weight training area was expanded with addition of steel framed mezzanine. Both gymnasium floors were refinished, walls repainted & basketball equipment refurbished. Roof system was replaced and brick exterior was cleaned and sealed at the Frederick Building. This project was approximately 48,000 SF.
