Brick and CMU warehouse, two story brick/structural steel stud administration area and a brick/ structural steel studs shop wing and some shed storage.

Construction includes a SSMRS roof, slab-on-grade foundation, grade beams and pile foundation system. Finishes include carpeting, VCT, sealed concrete, ceramic tile, tinted glass, painted gyp board, and vinyl wall coverings. Warehouse includes dock and dock leveler. Disciplines include plumbing, heating, air conditioning, fire protection sprinkler system, exterior and interior lighting. Site work includes fencing, storm drain/sanitary sewer work, concrete paving and demolition of existing two buildings.
