This Navy Reserve Center project is for a 23,200 SF pre-engineered steel frame building with exterior insulated panels, reinforced concrete footings and floor, insulated roof and overhead doors. Office spaces have suspended acoustical ceilings, interior finished walls with metal doors and frames. HVAC, fire protection system, electrical wiring, interior lighting and communications wiring. Space requirements include administration, tools, supply logistic support, lockers, toilets and showers. Site work included grading, paving, site utilities and landscaping.
