“Design/Build” - Approximately 24,000 SF project includes remodel and upgrade of existing Automotive Skills Center and Car Wash Facility.

The Auto Skills Center – Construct a new entrance, replace exterior metal siding, replace existing roof, double the exterior lighting, reconfigure the floor plan to create a larger auto parts sales area & tool storage area, relocate the engine repair area, install 15 new 7000 lb. Lifts, repair the vehicle tailpipe exhaust system, install new waste oil recovery system, and increase the electrical & HVAC system. This center was air conditioned with the work bays having mechanical ventilation.

The Car Wash – Construct small addition to the equipment room, clean & repair wash bays, installed new lighting, replaced all car wash equipment along with control panels & water softeners, replace coin drops/selectors..
