46,000 SF building housing a high tech theater style briefing room, classrooms, administrative offices, common areas, maintenance areas, storage areas, and operation areas.


The building is two stories with structural steel frames, metal stud framing, HVAC systems, elevator, plumbing for restrooms, locker rooms and kitchenettes, and SSMRS. Site Work includes asbestos abatement, building demo, utility relocation and new connections, construction of parking lots, site drainage, street lighting and grassing.
