New 11 story Control Tower, approx 127 feet in height with an area containing 8,200 SF with High Security features.

The new facility will accommodate staffing and provide state-of-the-art flight controlling equipment. Specialized systems in the project included EMCS & DDC control of HVAC systems, large capacity emergency generator, closed circuit TV security, armored door with remote & keypad cypher lock. Site improvement includes the construction of an electrical and communications ductbanks, CEG, sidewalks, pavements, landscaping and utility connections. The existing tower was demolished from the 4th floor to the 10th floor cab level with asbestos removal included in the demo of the existing tower.
