This project provides for an 8500 SF masonry and steel frame structure for a three bay Maintenance Facility with Administrative Areas, parts Storage, Tool Storage, Break Area, Weapons Vault, Locker Rooms, Mechanical Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical Systems, Security Systems, and Overhead Crane. Also provides alteration of Pre-Engineered Metal Building for unit/ individual supply operation and needed storage for soldiers to store individual and mission equipment required for training and mobilization. Large Military Equipment Parking Lot, Small Vehicle Parking Lot, Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection, site improvements, fencing, roadways and utilities are included
