Construction of a state-of-the-art air traffic control tower consisting of 12 working levels, to include; control cab level, catwalk level, mechanical level, ready room level, upper equipment level, lower equipment level, PAR level, briefing/locker level, chief controller level, training office level, front load training level and entry level consisting of Lobby, Vestibule, Communications, Electrical, UPS, Mechanical and Storage rooms. Second level training area will have a specialized simulator training area within. Facility is 123-feet high and has a working area of approximately 8,245 NSF.
